No matter where you grew up, chances are that one of Disney’s animated classics was so near and dear to your heart that to this day, you can still recite the lines, word-for-word. In light of our childhood (and sometimes adulthood) Disney obsessions, it’s not surprising that Disney theme parks dominate the list of the most popular theme parks by attendance.

Vacationing with dietary restrictions can be stressful, but Disney makes sure that no matter what your diet, you can have a full day of fun without having to worry about where — or what — you’re going to be able to eat. Not only does Disney World feature two locations of Erin McKenna’s Bakery, an all-vegan and gluten-free bakery, but vacationers looking for some plant-based eats will find plenty of options across Disney’s multiple parks.

5. Vegan Mickey Waffles
Vegan Mickey Waffles, which are available at several locations across Disney, are a magical way to start your day at Disney.
If you can’t make it to the Magic Kingdom, we recommend tracking down a mouse-shaped waffle iron and trying your hand at one of these 10 Vegan Waffle Recipes That Left Us Awestruck. Or try our some of our other personal favorites, like these Cornbread Waffles With Pulled Jackfruit and these Sourdough Spelt Waffles.
