Currently Saratoga Springs is open for the SPA portion of the resort and has been open for a few months. The former disney institute has been up for a while so they probley gave it a quick rehab and reopened that part. they can give tours of the rooms and some of the main areas. As for the tree house villas I have been told they are getting a rehab as well. one more thought, they might not be opening the entire resort at once. like at
pop century they will open the first half in DEC then the second half at a later time. they did this with coranado as well the allstar resorts, the last one is a technicality. however it seems this is disneys new method for opening resorts.
