i agree with MG repeated close visits will have you seeing otherwise unnoticed "flaws".
But in todays bottom line world all companies are cutting back on the labor. It is considered the most controllable of your operating costs. Unfortunately that means fewer cm's in all departments, remember how year-round you used to see at least 2 cm's cleaning and sweeping in all areas?
Fortunately cm's are still friendly and helpful even if stretched thinner.
