Tentatively planning first Disney Cruise

And I'm sure I'll have lots of questions! I've already found the answer to one so one down and 49,999 more to go!

Orignally we were thinking of Jan '10 but now I'm considering going in Nov '09. This cruise is to be our honeymoon. We're getting married in Nov but was going to wait until Jan (when vacation starts over at work!) to go. I've found a thread that is discussing the best time to go so I'll keep an eye on that.

We're planning on a Cat 7 room and the 7 night Western Caribbean cruise. I do have a question about the excursions in Cozumel and Grand Cayman. If I book an excursion that's only a few hours long, can I book a second one behind it, as long as it's only a few hours long as well? Or should I just do the first excursion and try and do the other things on our own.

We were both in the navy so figuring out transportation and such in other countries isn't new to us so we're thinking that one excursion and then complete the day on our own would be fine, I just don't know the time situation or how hard things are to get to.

I'm sure I'll tons more questions, and I do realize it's almost 2 years away but I feel you can never be too prepared!
