I used to fly Delta ALL of the time, but they NEVER notified me when my flights changed. I had to check the website once a week to make sure I didn't lose my seat assignments. Once when they changed the flight, I called to get them to re-assign my seat, they changed my return date to one month later than it was supposed to be. I didn't notice until I was coming home from Orlando & they charged me $150 per ticket for their mistake! Granted- I should have checked closer, but I really would never expect a mistake like that. I am flying Jetblue this September & I am hoping to have a better experience. So far, no flight changes.
