I finally tried
EMH at WDW!
It was on our last but one trip (so September/October 2007).
We'd previously avoided
EMH as we've found morning tends to result in bigger crowds once
EMH ours are finished and we never stay in parks long enough to use the evening
EMH.
This time though, we ate in Brown Derby in DHS and, by the time we came out,
EMH was just kicking in. We grabbed wrist-bands and stayed in the park (mainly to walk off our dinner) and found a great atmosphere.
The big rides were too busy to do (ToT and RnR both had huge waits) but it was nice just to walk around.
We also did Typhoon Lagoon on morning
EMH and got almost every slide and attraction done by the time general admission started!
Now, we use morning
EMH to do new rides like TSM and then park-hop to somewhere quieter afterwards. We also use evening
EMH for a stroll after dinner (nice to get a boat from the Poly to
MK after a meal at Kona Cafe and enjoy Main Street in the dark).
