This is very interesting and disturbing what you all are talking about. The first article was very neat. Marty sounds like a very neat man and a great asset to the company. All the people getting fired and things is troubling though. I can understand if they want restructure, but to fire so many people can hurt a company especially when Disney needs these people to succeed in the future. Sure when a company isn't doing well people will be fired, but Disney's backbone for the parks is WDI. If they lose good talent the future of the parks is bleak. The parks need to be biult up and be better so the company can do better and that will be harder with the talent gone. :&help:
