Any suggestions on how to get my mom a scooter rental at WDW? She doesn't need a wheel chair but has weak knees and won't be able to walk the whole time and the motorized scooter carts would be perfect. Thanks Holly.

ECV's can be rented at each park . The going rate is $30 plus a refundable deposit of $10 . These can be hard to rent as they run out early.
Another option is using one of two companies that pick-up and deliver to all WDW resorts.

We are going to be there for 12 days and I was able to rent one from scootaround for $300 for two weeks. They will deliver it to the hotel the day we get there and will pick it up after we leave.

When we were there last year we had a scooter rented in every park


1.get there early they go fast.
2.scooters can be rented at entrances to all parks.
3.save your reciept and show them the reciept when you return the scooter ...you will get 10.00 back.
4.If your changing parks during day save reciept because you should be able to get discount on a scooter from park to park on same day.

The scooter such a blessing to have...and everyone in my family traded off and on using it...most people were courteous and got out of way when I was coming just a few people I almost ran into lol

also be aware that you should become familiar with the scooter you have rented, ont some disney buses they require you to back up a ramp and into the bus, some require you to back onto a elevator and some they will let you drive up a ramp, keep in mind that requires you to back out of the bus.
