Bahamas - Talk Disney Vacation Planning Information

Hi! My family is going on a DCL cruise for the first time in May 2007. My daughter has always wanted to swim with the dolphins. I saw that we can do that in Nassau, has anyone out there gone??? (We are planning on booking it with disney)

No - I haven't - but I've been watching the Travel Channel specials on the Disney ships Magic & Wonder and they look AMAZING.

Congratulations on your forthcoming trip! I have not been to Nassau, but the shore excursions that I have encountered with DCL are very well organised, if a touch pricey. I hope your daughter enjoys herself.

This is our first cruise do you have any advice, or things that are a must on a cruise. I do feel better knowing that it is well orginized through disney, you always hear horror stories about some of the excursions through other cruise lines.
