Birthday on ship

Does anyone know what disney does for children having a birthday on board??? My son turns 8 the day we board the ship, I know they told us when we booked that they will do something special for him! Just wondering what?

Hello. You can contact your travel agent if you booked with one and they will set up for them to sing and bring the child a piece of cake. They also offer for an additional cost the stateroom celebrations. They will decorate your room and you get a whole cake. Michelle

I know that when we went April of 2005 that at Dinner our servers brought out a small cake and sang to them. Check with the Kids Clubs too to see if they offer anything.

Thanks! I'm sure they will make it a birthday he will never forget! Great Idea to check with the children's program, I never would of thought of it!

We just got back from a 7 night Western Caribbean trip. We celebrated my mother-in-laws birthday on the first night. You can tell your Head Server about the birthday right before the meal and they will get a piece of cake out to you and sing happy birthday.

Our cruise dates are May 6-10th, we will be sailing on the wonder. That would be great, I want this to be a GREAT birthday for him.

we have been on the cruise for a couple birthdays but they also will celebrate special occassions such as our engagement and then our honeymoon 2 years later. They give you cake but they also have special greetings from head chef, as well as played fun little games with us. I also know you can buy sort of birthday packages to be sent to your room and such. you can buy them through website or onboard,
