Mickey Buying Disney Cruise Souvenirs

Hello, My family and I just recently returned from our very first Disney Cruise. It was the best time of our lives. Somehow in the hustle and bustle of our trip, we missed a souvenir or two on the ship. Does anyone out there know how I can get ahold of some of these items? We are very sad that we missed these items.

Thanks,

Mike

The only way to obtain cruise line items that I know of is through a auction site such as ebay...

DCL does not sell anything off the ships. So anything that you aquired while on board to my knowledge cannot be purchased off the ship.

I left something in my stateroom once and was devistated. I called the cruise line to ask if there were any way even if I payed for it again to get it. They told me at the time that they could not sell stuff to people were not on the ship.

This was back around 2002 so it may have changed...

Good luck finding what your looking for!

Re: Buying Disney Cruise Souvenirs

Hi!
Did you have any luck finding cruise stuff? My family & I just had our first cruise in November and now we lost the only cruise line souvenire we bought for her, a 2007 grey zip up sweatshirt. I have been searching online for anyone who could possibly replace this for us.
I called the cruise line reservation number and they told me the only place I might have some luck is to call the Disney World mail order @ 407-363-6200, but they were closed when I called.
I am desperate to replace this item.
Anyone have some HELP!!!???

Re: Buying Disney Cruise Souvenirs

Hi there, I have had limited success. The only success I have had is on Ebay. I have bought a zip up sweat shirt and a picture frame. I suggest signing up for a favorite search and let Ebay Email you every day with any new listings. It works pretty well. I can almost guarantee you that eventually you will find something on Ebay. I hope this helps.

Re: Buying Disney Cruise Souvenirs

Hi Mike,
I emailed dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com and explained to them the situation and that I needed a sku number to have the best success with the mail order site I mentioned prviously and got a very promising response, here is what they wrote:

I would be happy to assist you with locating the sku number. Can you
please tell me what size the jacket was? Feel free to call me if this
would be easier for you. I can be reached at 407-566-7473.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Rebekah

I hope this helps you locate anything you may be looking for.

Re: Buying Disney Cruise Souvenirs

I was also going to suggest Ebay. There's a man that sells nothing but Disney Surplus and has some of the coolest stuff! Cruiseline and Park items.
