I am trying to get things ready for my first Disney Cruise. I do not sew and this will be a big project for me.

I would love to see pictures of everyone Fish Extenders. The few I have seen are so great. Also any hints or ideas on how to make them would be great.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't know what a fish extender is! I've been on many cruises, but this is a first for me.

Well that is how I felt when I fist got with my group on line that is going on the trip with me.

It is something that I believe only Disney cruises do and only if you want to. If you are chatting online with a group going on your trip they might ask if you want to take part in this.

It is something that you hang from from the fish clip by the outside door. It has pockets in it and people in your group throughout your trip will go around and put little suprises in the pockets. Mostly for kids.

Some people do candy and other do actural little gifts.

Im so glad I found out or I would of felt bad when we go there and didnt have this.

I'm glad someone asked cos I'd never heard of a Fish Extender either.

The only thing I could turn up was on ebay - try a search there under Fish Extender or Wall Organizer.

I though since there is so much interest in wanting to know about the fish extenders, how about listing the items people have found in theirs.

I think it would be fun ( and helpful) for those of us new at this.

lol. No the Fish Extenders are the things you see hanging off the fish hooks ( note holder) by the cabin door with pockets on them. Then people in your rollcall all bring little suprises of gifts to put in for the kids or families.

Here is a picture of my Fish Extender. As stated before, you hang it from the "fish" outside your stateroom door. DCL puts mail there and your bill on the final night. If you belong to a Meet Group for your paticular cruise date, you can all decide to participate in this fun little game. It's kind of like Secret Santa in that you leave little "gifts" for each other throught the cruise. Things like pencils,stickers,temporary tatoos for Pirate night,postcards and magnets from where you live,candy etc.

Your fish extender looks great. i hope mine comes out even close to as nice as yours.
