This site can be so helpful for finding out about things like this. I only wish I knew about it much earlier. We like the first or second week of January ( after January 3rd) The first three days of January are nuts as everyone is finishing up from their New Years vacation. But it settles down very nicely after that. One other time we found to be pretty good is right after school starts in late August or early September. This is a rough time to take kids out of school but the crowds were much lighter. Have fun planning your trip. We also used a book we bought for around $16 named the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. They update it every year. It is a good reference, with lots of tips and reviews, but of course this site has been extremely helpful also.

My family and I are planning for end of March 30-April6 can anyone tell me if it will be warm enough for water parks and what are the crowds like?

I always go in October the weather is nice you have the food and wine. and Mickeys not so Scary Halloween.

The first two weeks in November has always proven great for us. You don't have the long lines to deal with and the weather is a nice warm where you can stay at the parks all day with no worry of the heat.

I am pretty sure that the weather will be lovely for the water parks, but you might find it busy. It depends on when the schools are on holidays.
