Disney Podcast for iPods

I just discovered some small videos, call Podcasts, for my new iPod from iTunes.com. AND THEY ARE FREE TO DOWNLOAD TO YOUR IPOD.

You can't immagine how excited my daughter and I were when we clicked on these videos to view and there we were watching as if we were on the actual attraction itself. And you can subscribe to these podcasts so that when there is a new video, you will automatically receive it. This is SOOO COOL. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I hope this link works. Once you download iTunes onto your computer, you can access the Podcasts from the Music Store. When the Podcasts come up, CLICK ON KIDS & FAMILY and search for Disney. There are several of them. My favorite is from OAKFAN. He has a site you can go to call www.oakfan.com. Here is the iTunes link. I hope you can get it. I think its well worth it and its free to down load onto your iPod.

WDW today is the best podcast for information and tips for the parks!

Beyond Main Street is a great vidcast

Meandering Mouse is another great podcast!

Just download itunes at apple.com and you can upload these and many other disney podcasts for FREE!!! You dont even need to own an ipod!!!

Search Disney in the itunes search engine and it will show you all the podcasts!!!

I just had to put in my two cents about this one because they are also a great way to get that disney fix...check em out!

There is an other pod cast I herd about it is called Inside the Magic. You can hear it on your ipod and also on the computer for those of us that do not have an Ipod. Here is the link to Inside the Mage. http://www.distantcreations.com/insidethemagic/

Beyond Main Street by Brad at Oakfan.com is my most favoriate. Its just like being there without all the extra talking. I download every week.

There was a convention going on when I was at WDW in October and we met a couple guys who run one of the podcasts on a Disney bus. They were a lot of fun to talk to and it was nice to get tips from someone who knows even more than I do about WDW Usually, that only happens here on TD, not in person at the parks. I'm usually the one giving other people little tips and advice. We ran into those guys again hours later. Too bad I don't have an iPod!

I was just about to get a video iPod, but with apple just realeasing the iPhone concept, decided to wait. I really want it so I will just wait until it comes out to get my iPod and a new cellie all in one.

My iTunes isn't working at this moment, ughhh!! But I will definitley try tomorrow, this sounds really fun!! I'm excited to watch it on my iPod soon-- great way to start my morning, walking to the subway

you should get an LG Chocolate, laughingplace. I have a Mint Chocolate. It's awesome... phone and mp3 player all in one. I'm not much of an iPod fan. I got a nano for Christmas last year (not this past Christmas), and I haven't used it since my airplane ride back from DLR (that was Christmas break). It's funny because I love technology and I rewire computers and set up theater systems, but I never use any of my gadgets - I have a Disney Mix Stick, iPod nano, LG Chocolate, portable DVD player (okay, I use that on long band trips... very nice on a boring bus), video camera, digital camera, and Fly Pentop computer, and I hardly use any of them!!! I don't know why I even ask for this stuff...

I have a subscription to this but I have never seen the videos just the question and answer topics. I thought that the guys doing the segments where actually be-littling Disney in a bad way like they where making fun of the attractions.I have not seen any videos yet, and maybee I am wrong about the podcasts, just my point of view.

Beyond Main Street is my favoriate because it takes you on the rides and attractions. He doesn't do any miscellanous talking. He introduces you to whay you are going to see and gives is conclusion at the end. I don't care for the others because they do alot of extra talking and stuff that doesn't interest me. Try that podcast. You may enjoy it. He also has a site at www.oakfan.com. Its pretty cool.

BTW to anyone who thinks I'm being mean- we know each other in real life. Haha

If I re-read all of the posts correctly, Beyond the Magic is the one with the attractions. The site is oakfan.com and that's where you download it, not from iTunes if I'm understanding this all.

to Disneyfun101 from a loooooong time ago- I got a Juke for a phone so it doubles as an mp3. I'm really happy with it but I'm not using it as an mp3 because I'd rather just have an iPod nano though.
