Where can I find Disney Resort recipes??

Ok so I have seen a few places on Pinterest, that have had posts of Disney park food recipes. And when I clicked on the link it took me here to TD. But what thread do I browse on to find what recipes are posted?

When we ate at Narcisies (sp?) at that time they had ribs and the BBQ sauce was to die for. I told my waitress that it was the best that I ever had and asked for a copy of it. Three weeks later the recipe was in my mailbox on Disney Stationary.

I would love to get a similar recipe for the Dole Whip and the Leaping Lizard lettuce wrap (the one food item the RFC took off their menu that was good) I wish they would put it back on the menu, of they did that would be the only reason I would eat there well other than their spinach artichoke dip!!

Hey! Those turned out looking pretty good! Did you use a Mickey cookie cutter for the shape?

Just an idea, if you want to get the edges firmer, freeze them first, then thaw to room temp before serving.

Thanks so much!! Actually, I used a Minnie cookie cutter and just used a sharp knife to cut of the bow and form the ears, haha. I was going to try freezing them so they cool faster but I thought that it may make them soggy. And do you mean freeze them before or after shaping them?

They won't get soggy, but I would let them cool to room temp in the pan before freezing (just cause hot pan w/ residential grade freezer probably isn't a good idea). Then stick the whole pan in the freezer for 6 - 8 hours (or overnight).

Then cut them and ice them (or, melt some chocolate in a double boiler and dip them!). Do this while they are still frozen.

Then stick them back in the freezer and freeze them again to set the chocolate / icing. Once done, they should be ready to go to room temp.

You might ask why I know all this? I make very similar rice crispie treats for the holidays (just never thought to try the Disney ones, what a fantastic idea!).
