Scrapbook Store

Hi All!

Has anyone been to the scrapbook store?

I am still pretty new to scraping but I have embraced it with gusto and I am looking forward to finishing my current project so I can start on our Disney pics when we get back in June.

Just wondering if the store has some good stuff you can't find else where.

If it is still there, there was a scrapbook store at Downtown Disney. It had tons of great supplies!

I could spend hours in that store. It's alot of fun. I bought some really cool stickers there in July and they were on sale so I bought 5 boxes or so and still use them. Great scrapbooking things though.

Thanks! I am really hoping to find some good Donald stuff. Hubby really like the duck better than the mouse, I am hoping that this trip might make him change his mind. :-)

I know you said you were looking for Donald stuff, but check out the Mickey ears scissors. When you cut the paper or picture the cut looks like Mickey Mouse ears. VERY CUTE!

I can't wait to get into this store!! My credit card may have a meltdown! Oh wait that will probably be my husband LOL! The credit card will surely be smokin' that's for sure!!!

Leave some for me! We are about a week behind you. Don't let hubby's fire hurt the store :-)

Be sure and get their paper. You can't get it anywhere else. I didn't get everything I wanted last time I was there, thinking I would be able to find it online and couldn't. They had some good stuff, that I will get this trip.

I can't wait, I have not really gotten into scrapbooking, but have been planning to do one for self and kids of our trip next year and you are right there is not much out there (some but not a great variety) I think those Mickey sissors sound to cute. Thanks for the information.

You know some scrapbook stores with do "How To" type classes. Does anyone know if the one in DTD does anything like that? Wouldn't it be great?!?!? I am new to the hobby too and any fresh ideas would be fantastic!!!

My DH and I can't wait to see that store. We had a small scrapbook store around the corner from us that has alot more Disney stuff than we have been able to find around here before.

In another chat group, someone used the maps from this site in her first page of each section. They were beautifully done. Best of all except for some paper and ink, they did not cost. What an idea! I just had to pass it along to others who plan to do a Disney scrapbook.
