I wish there was someplace online that I could find those 300+ designs.
The Disney Hanes Design-a-tee does have an online store, but to perfectly honest with you I prefer zazzle.com which has MUCH MORE OF A SELECTION...close to 1000 Disney graphics (maybe more), and many more t-shirt styles.
I had them made up for DD's b-day last year when we went (all 6 of the main characters and text read "Celebrating Cassidy's 2nd Birthday"), but each family had a different color shirt. I also just had them made for our trip in September. This time each of us picked our own character and they read "Deierlein Disney Trip 2009".
I will take pictures and post them on here over the weekend so you can see. Check them out though (once you to zazzle, click the line for Disney Designs, very comparable prices to hanes design-a-tee.

Really?? Where? I can't seem to find an online store for Disney/Hanes t-shirt shop anywhere.
I've tried Zazzle, as well as have several of my friends. We really don't care for them. The experiences ranged anywhere from "horribly" made shirts to "okay" made shirts.

Thsi is news to me. I will try to aks one of the CMs when I go into work this weekend, as I want to order a shirt for a friend of mine who is coming down here for her 40th b-day niext month.

Hanes shop was up and running when we were there in March and I must say it was a TOTAL disappointment!! Very expensive, and you really don't design anything! More like pick a picture and add some text!! Did I mention that you need to get the clothes at least 2 sizes bigger than what you really wear!! Oh well... what can you do, lesson learned and $100 down the tubes
