Hades is def up there. Maybe not a super villan but I've always loved The Wicked Step Mother lol. I get pics w her all the time.

Best Disney Villian
I'd say The Horned King because he was creepy looking and made his own army of the undead... Plus the Black Caldron is a cool movie!
