When we were there in January there was a cheerleading competition and they were practicing out around the hotel (AS SPORTS) and I very much disliked that some, not all, of them were in sports bras and hot shorts. I know it's normal for some but my boys were very embarrassed and covered their faces each time we had to walk by,

Re: Things you hate at disney world.
We were supposed to stay at Sports one time (because there was no room at Movies or Music). But when we got to the check-in counter, the CM asked us if we would mind being moved to Music because there was a huge group of cheerleaders staying at Sports. She thought we'd be more comfortable at Music away from the chaos. Of course we took her up on the offer. What a wonderful CM!
Big groups of noisy, rowdy teenagers are something I hate at WDW!

Re: Things you hate at disney world.
Enforcing the fast pass with an unofficial "grace" period would be what I would prefer. You never know when you are gonna get stuck, and if you missed your window by 5 minutes, it would stink to have them turn you away.
ADRs have a 15 grace minute window before they give away your table and charge you (found out from my waiter at Jikos tonight). If they aren't doing it with fast passes, I suspect they will eventually.
That being said, an hour is a huge window, and if I know I'm not going to make it because the day has sent us in another direction, I find some family passing by and give them my passes. I've heard stories (on other forums) of people camping on fast passes and showing up hours after the window with them. I'm glad Disney is cracking down on that sort of abuse of the system.

As we are for a longer time in the parks (at least 2 weeks, yeey) at the end of the 2 weeks I miss my private toilet
For the rest, I try to focus on all the amazing things Disney had to offer and let the negative things past by me
Looking forward to our Disney vacations

Yeah, February was bad in that manner. I stayed at the CBR and it was littered with cheerleaders. They weren't too bad. They kept outta the way of passers by.
- Oh I agree with this! My boys and I have often discussed how cool it would be to spend a night in that tree! 8:0) XXX

Oh it annoys my how Disney have made small cut backs to make more profit! Does anyone remember the Mickey Head shaped brownies in Writers' Stop! They were big and sooooo DELICIOUS! They now sell small square ones! Foot long hot dogs are not available anymore and don't get me started on the chicken strips that have been re-marketed as nuggets! I LOVED those chicken strips! 8:0( XXX

We went in july, I kinda didn't get any rudeness. Because I always had my son in my arms. But what I saw at in hollywood studios was this lady was being mean to this school. Because they only knew spanish.
I was sitting kind in front of magic kingdom and everyone decided to go between my wife and I.
But all around exp I had blast I didn't let them ruin my day.
I was small when we went these years

I went last august and I was walking through "security" at DHS and I didn't have any bags so I walked right through and the woman yelled "hey! Come back here" I turned and she said in a not so nice tone "what's in your pocket!" I said what pocket cause I didn't think I ad anything in them. "your back pocket what are you hiding!" I had a towel to wipe the sweat off my face with it is august in Florida afterall. Once I showed it to her she kindof calmed down but it was a very unpleasent experience. I understand the need for security but not the rudeness

Re: Things you hate at disney world.
I hate that I always seem to get stuck behind someone whose finger scan isn't working at the park entrance.
I hate when I'm in a long line for counter service and finally, when there's only one family in front of me at the cash register, they still haven't figured out what they want even though they just spent 15 minutes in a line with the menu right there on the wall above the kitchen.
I hate that they allow skywriting planes to fly over the parks spelling out messages.
I hate parents who let their kids scream...I also hate parents who are physically or verbally abusive to the child, which I have seen a few times in the parks.
I hate seeing a character I want to pose with, but just as I get there, the character handler says it's break time.
I hate that I don't have enough money to buy everything I want when I'm at WDW!

Re: Things you hate at disney world.
At first I was thinking I would dislike a haters thread lol but now I understand it...I definately agree I wish I had more money...
I definately hate large tour groups and cheer groups with annoying noise.
But I love my Disney trips anyway

I completely agree with waiting in the blasted line to see a character only for a break to happen at my kids' turn. I know the CM need their breaks but I swear our luck this trip was half the characters we went to see we're heading out for their breaks. Just coincidence and I wouldn't begrudge them their break but still... Luck...

The only thing that I hate is seeing rude people. Your at Disney World! Smile! Lol. I also can't stand it when your standing on Disney World property and some asks you " excuse me but where's Disneyland?" I still get so shocked when I hear this question.
