Haven't gone yet to WDW but want to

Thought I'd start this thread for those who have always gone to Disneyland, and haven't been to WDW yet and want to go! I have always taken our family to Disneyland for our vacations, but one day I would like to take them to WDW just because of the different resorts and attractions and the vast variety of things to do!!

We have been to both parks. Lots of similarities but its also very different. Much more planning involved in going to WDW. Didnt plan a thing when we went to DLR being that we only planned on staying 1 day but ended up staying 3.. Kids had a great time even though months of time and effort didnt get put into preparation. DLR seemed more crowded due to its compact size. Overall we will go again when we visit Southern Cali again but we are primarily a WDW family.
