I have been thinking of getting the tables in wonderland membership. Has anyone used this and was it worth it? I also have managed to save $500. from my disney charge. Could I use this to pay my food bill with the tables in wonderland? Thanks for your info.

If you're a passholder and have paid $75 for Tables in Wonderland, you'll have to buy $375 worth of food (before discount) to break even.
If you have paid $100 for Tables in Wonderland, you'll have to buy $500 worth of food (before discount) to break even.
UPDATE:
Hmmmm...I just looked at Disney's website and realized some of the restaurants only give you a 10% discount, so it's a bit more complicated. I thought it was 20% for all, but apparently not. It makes it very, very confusing!
I guess if you plan to spend a TON of money on food, then it's worth it. Not worth it for me.

Re: Tables in wonderland
We have it and LOVE it. We have more then paid for it. Last week we went to Bistro De Paris one night and the Yachtsman the following night. Between that and the free parking at hotel/Theme park we more then paid for it. You cant use it at the quick service places anymore but you can use it at almost all sit down resturants.
You can use the Disney CC Rewards just like cash so you can use both at the same time. You can even use the CC rewards to pay for the card.

This is our second year with the card and I have to agree that it more than paid for itself. I can honestly say that if you visit WDW more than once a year, it is a definate value. The dining plan to us was not worth it. The value on that for the kids is great, but not so much for the kids. We will be in WDW 12/09, 4/10, and 10/10... the first 2 trips will be great with tables, but our third trip we will use the dining plan because we are a grand gathering party of 17, the in-laws are paying and that is what they want!
We will more than likely use the card for additional meals on that trip, so it will definately pay. I reccomend it.

CA, I think you misread the info. I just re-read the link. The 10% discount is at those restaurants for passholders with their valid AP and ID! We used the AP for discount at TREX and RC in DDD. There is a full listing for tables, but the restaurants that apply are in the theme parks and resorts, not DDD. Hope that helps.
