Now that it's released to the public, any idea WHY weeks are excluded?? Of course mine is and it's so frustrating! Haha I just want some deal

Anyone have any insight if anything else is coming out?

Basically I think high volume weeks are blacked out. In my case, I think it is part of jersey week...

The best free dining we have had was when it was first offered! We received it even staying at the All Stars and the table service was three courses with no tips to pay! It was HEAVEN! I can't afford to book a delux resort even to receive free dining! 8:0( XXX

You only have to stay at a moderate resort to get the regular dining plan (1TS, 1QS, 1snack, per person/ per night of stay). Unfortunately, the TS meal doesn't include the appetizer anymore only if you get the deluxe plan.

    Really?

We stayed at POR last year and only got the QS DDP.

Have they changed it this year?

Maybe it's different for different countries but I know for the US since last fall to now it has been that way. I have booked enough of them to know that for sure. But, you can upgrade the plan and that is usually less expensive than upgrading resorts :-)

    Yes, it's different
This year we are staying at POFQ and have the free Quick Service Plan
Next year also POFQ and have upgraded the free QS plan for a 'small' amount to the normal Diningplan

And for UK the QS Diningplan includes 2 snacks, for USA only 1 snack (this year)

That's interesting! But guess you all over there also can usually book packages way before us here in the US. Glad to hear they do let you upgrade!
