I would suspect the internet. No logo is safe on this vast series of tubes.

Like englanddg and 2goofycampers said, some make them on the internet and some have them made for them. If you have any more questions on specifics, I would recommend asking the user "Winkster". This person is very helpful and intuitive when it comes to Disney and questions you may have.

Zazzle | Custom T-Shirts, Personalized Gifts, Posters, Art, and more has a ton of them too, and you can use their online tool to add images, text, etc.
Also, if you check out the yellow pages, there are probably a lot of places that will do screenprinting for you. So you can design whatever you want, and then get them done at a local shop.
