I'm at my dad's house - just gone to bed after a hectic day. I went to clean his conservatory roof and round a blockage in the guttering. Cleared that (v messy!).

Made him a batch of seafood pasta bake, sorted his insurance, sorted his computer problems, repaired some curtain poles, measured up for a telephone extension and lots more.

I think I'll sleep well tonight!

Still watching Olympics! Overall, men's archery (US vs South Korea, and US vs Italy), beach volleyball (Canada vs Britain, and now watching US vs South Africa), women's volleyball (US vs Korea), and some swimming. I also watched a bit of biking (there was a nasty spill from one of the bikers).
