Just curious...
When in the parks/resorts, what time do you generally eat breakfast, lunch and dinner?
And does that reflect your usual meal times at home or do you do things differently on vacation?

Breakfast normaly in food court about 8 am before going to parks , lunch we get hot dogs or burgers waiting for shows or parades and diner sometimes once the parks have closed or if it's a magic kingdom we try to eat before night parade and fireworks with the kids they don't want to go inside for meals while knowing there is so much fun going on outside ha ha

At Disney we typically eat a lite breakfast (cereal, bagel or toast) a majority of the days maybe two days a sit down meal.
Lunch eat around 12-2 most likely a counter service at park or back at hotel. If we had a sit down breakfast probably eat a lighter lunch or just snack. On occasion a lunch reservation (then we will only snack or split something at dinner time).
Dinner if we have a reservation then we eat at whatever time we could get. If no reservation we will eat at the park anywhere around 6:00. So I can leave room for an ice-cream or other dessert later in the evening.
I would say at disney we probably eat 2 regular sized meals per day and the third meal is on the lighter side. I would rather munch on a few snacks and not have that feel "full" feeling all day as you are walking around in the heat.
This does pretty much reflect my at home meal schedule I eat toast and fruit for breakfast, sandwich, salad or leftovers for lunch and a dinner.

We eat as follows:
Breakfast (something light like a Danish or croissant - at most, a power wrap from the food court) which we normally have at around 8am.
Lunch is usually a sandwich, salad or an occasional burger (I try to avoid them but succumb occasionally!) at between 1 and 2pm.
Dinner is usually either TS in WDW or off-property somewhere (Crossroads or I-Drive usually) which we have at around 7.30-8pm.
If there's a TS we really want to eat at then we may do something different but that's our usual.
Pretty much reflects our home pattern too.

Re: When do you eat?
For breakfast, if we have an ADR it's usually around 9. But generally we're not big breakfast people and just eat light at the resort by 8am so we can get out and about. Lunch is usually around noon, and dinner around 6. We have 2 kids so we try to keep everything timed the same as we would at home. This year we have a 2:30 lunch at Le Cellier because that's all they had available, so we'll probably do a late breakfast at Seasons, and then get just get a snack in the evening.

Re: When do you eat?
Breakfast is either cereal in the room, or some fruit that I pick up from the hotel concession (or both). Drinks are from the food court in resort mugs (free refills, yay!)
Sometimes we skip breakfast and just eat an early lunch (~11a)
When I don't have ADRs, I try to eat off schedule. So, lunch is 10a - 11a, second lunch is 3p - 4p, dinner is 7p - 8p. That's just to avoid crowds. But, generally we just eat when we are hungry.

Re: When do you eat?
Breakfast is usually a granola-type bar in the room. We try to leave the room no later than 9am, but sometimes it's hard to wake my DH up that early.
Lunch is somewhere around 1-2pm. We like to have dinner late, so we usually snack in the afternoon, then have dinner around 8-ish.
When we go to WDW during the Food & Wine Festival, we just eat all day!
At home, I eat breakfast at around 9am at work, lunch around 1pm, and dinner at about 7pm. My DH's daily schedule is totally different because of his late work shift. We only get to eat together on weekends.
