Just a few things to remember:
*CMs with green lanyards only trade with children 12 and under
*If a CM already has the pin on their lanyard, you won't be able to trade (they are technically not supposed to have doubles of pins)
*Please make sure to not grab their lanyard
*CMs can trade up to 2 pins with each guest
