TD won't load anymore

It worked fine, but for the past week I cannot connect my laptop, ipad, or phone, unless I am on my 4g network, but not much service at home so it doesn't work to well. I am pretty sure it is my wireless router. I have disconnected it and reconnected it but still doesn't work. Any ideas as to why it would just stop? Everything else works fine.

Not sure but I had trouble getting on using my laptop the other day too, my app on my phone has still been working fine though.

Do other websites load via the router? There's no problem with the site it the app right now.

I wasn't able to load on my phone all day today but I restarted my phone and it works now.

That is very strange? Perhaps you on TD to much and your internet provider thinks your using too much bandwidth LOL JK! I really dont know what would cause the site not to load on a router unless it was blocked?

We will be updating the software soon so hopefully it will fix some of these gremlins

I thought that too lol.....i called att and they said it was an issue with the site, that it might not be secure enough for my wireless......ummmm......worked just fine before.....I swear, might just change providers. I hate how they always pawn the problem off. I hope the update helps!!!!! It °°°°° not being able to see anything. I turned my phone into a hotspot though and am surfing on my laptop through my phones internet......imagine that.

The same exact thing happened to me about a month ago, I was literally unable to access the Talk Disney website for 1 1/2 months before I finally figured out what it was. I have phone service with Vonage, and whenever I completely disconnected the Vonage box from the equation and went directly off of the router and my cable company's internet modem. I was able to access Talk Disney but I ended up havox again ing to connect the Vonage box again or else I wouldn't have phone service. And once I connected the Vonage box again NO Talk Disney. So they sent me a new Vonage box and now no more issues!!! So it's just a thought and if you only have a router and a cable modem then maybe try resetting the both devices. [replacer_img]

I'm going to try calling at&t back and see what they say on monday.....but if they aren't going to do anything other than say 'there is nothing they can do then i'm done. We have google fiber, so I will just preregister for that and pray it gets put in our neighborhood first lol

What devices do you use? Router,modem etc.

Harmony, we have updated the software. Perhaps that fixed it!
