When I was in California at the end of March, we went to SeaWorld, and tried the new Atlantis ride. It was really cool, and you did get really wet! The day that we were there, it was raining, which is ok, because the rain down there is warm! (Well compared to the snow up here... it was great!)
It was a fun ride, but I don't think it was as good as Splash Mt.
The dolphin show is awesome as always, and the pet show was a lots of fun!

Sit at the front and ur get SOAKED, but its all good esp in that heat! I went on it about 3 times. Loved it.

Best water ride ive been on, makes Splash mountain look pansy!

We went on it when we visited Sea World in San Diego this past June. I thought it was a lot of fun. I liked the whole water ride mixed with roller coaster thing. Have a great time for those of you going and I would recommend doing this ride.

hiya i never replied to this one but go on it!!!! first time i went on it i got soakkkkkkked cos i was at the front was totally cool though after atht we sat in the middle like a mini coaster its really good i loved it!!!

Oh i absoulutely loved the ride! It was great in my opinion. It gives a story in the begining but all you can think about is the huge drop that comes after. The drop is huge and great gets your adrenaline flowing lol. Don't worry about getting wet, the heat will dry you off so the ride is really to cool you off

I really wanna go on it... since Sea World doesn't have too many big rides, this is one of the best to go on.

I haven't been on San Diego's yet though.
The drop is MUCH bigger than splash mountain, so I think that's why people like it more...
I think Disney should use the coaster/water ride concept in the future. Hopefully they will....

We got completely soaked on Journey to Atlantis - and when I say soaked, I mean sopping, waterlogged, dripping and almost washed away!

The drop was great fun and initially, for a split second, we didn't get too wet...

...BUT...

...we then pitched into a big wave (probably something to do with having more weight in the front) which came straight up, over the front of our carriage and swamped us completely. From head to foot!

When we got off, we have to wring everthing out (including shoes!).

We even watched others come off virtually dry behind us as we stood there dripping.

Great fun though - Journey to Atlantis is one journey that I can strongly recommed you take!

I love Journey to Atlantis. I remember the first time I went on it and after i got off I had my dad come on with me and I didnt tell him about the little roller coaster part after the big drop. Nowadays its a dilemma for me to choose which to go on first. JTA or Kracken

I like water rides, but that was extreme for me and I felt sick afterwards. I don't do many rides, but I TRIED that one. My brother and dad went again after we were done, but I was looking for a drink to calm my stomach and a towel to dry me off. I wouldn't go on it again, but if u enjoy water rides, it's okay.
