Mickey im the "take it or leave it" vote....

i can order (and have) ordered directly from the theme parks (specifically, i ordered a "figment" t-shirt in 1997 from epcot, which could NOT be purchased thru the disney catalog, because he was "an epcot character"). if you REALLY want something from the theme parks, you can always call and order--you know disney, they WILL find what youre looking for.:&hat:

i say no. i like having something you can only get in a park.
    Thanks,

Although I understand the need for the exclusive stuff at the parks...I also like the chance to get them somehow since getting there is so difficult and too expensive for many.

    Mickey very good point eduardo!

but i still say order the stuff over the phone. disney merchandise floating all over the place makes it less "special" to me, i suppose.:&UGG

Well ordering it from the parks makes it available without going to the parks. So I guess that makes everyone happy. Those who want the stuff...and those who staunchly believe that it should remain park only merchandise.

I can see both sides of the argumnet..and it's interesting to listen to the Disneyana conventioneers debate the pros and cons in this issue. Wow! Talk about a "hot-button" issue! They're either strongly for it or strongly against it! there's generally very few, if any, who fall in the middle.

Be well and happy, and we'll be watching for a post from you as soon as you get back on your feet to let us know you're allright!

And here's a little Disney Trivia for you...your due date is the closing date of Disney's Der Glockner von Notre Dame in Berlin! (doesn't mean anything, I just realised that as I read your due date.)

    All the best to you!

I'd like it to be avaiable outside the theme parks. as you can only get selected items over here in the English Disney Stores.
When i got to WDW i'm gonna take a spare suitcase for all the stuff i bring back!
