Talk Disney allows the usage of one (1) countdown clock in a member's signature, and no more than one (1).
    We also ask that you use caution when providing this information to others and that you do so only via the Private Message system, and even then, it should be done so with someone the member is comfortable with and knows. Failure to comply with this will result in an instantaneous warning (one of three). Also, all signatures are to be kept to seven lines in length or less. Such an offense will result in a warning and or banning from the TD.com staff.;

    Q: Members are allowed to post polls in any forums with the exception of the news section. A poll placed in the "polls" section must be approved by an administrator or moderator first. Please use the search feature prior to posting a poll. Any poll posted that is near to or identical to a previous poll will be deleted.;

    R: Many members arrange “meets” at various Disney theme parks as well as other locations. By arranging or participating in a “meet”, you agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and well-being. You also agree that TD.com in no way will be held responsible for any situations that may arise from your participation in a "meet".;

    S: We ask that you check your spelling. You are more likely to get a response to a post that shows that you cared enough about it to check and see if it was well formed. Any posts that are judged to be undecipherable by the staff of TD.com are subject to deletion. We also request that you refrain from typing in all capitol letters. This is the internet equivalence of shouting and may be seen a rude by some members. We also ask that you do not type words that have upper case letters in inappropriate spots or what is otherwise referred to as "Hacker Slang", This includes shortcuts in spelling.(ex. U R in place of your). We are viewed by how we type and clear and concise communication on a board site is important.;

    T: We ask that you check to see if a topic is already being discussed before you start a new thread. This is easily done by looking through the pages of a forum or by using the "Search" feature located at the top of the page. In order to keep the forums uncluttered and the dialog about the subject at hand flowing smoothly, all "mirror-threads" including the discussion or presentation of any political party and agenda will be deleted, resulting in a reduction of your post count.;

    U: We also ask that you check when you start a new thread that it is placed in the forum that is most appropriate for that thread. This also applies to the usage of the search feature to find previously existing threads on topics one would like to create. If the topic allready exists, please join in on that particular discussion and thread,

    V: We would like all members to familiarize themselves with how to utilize the "Edit" button that is located in the bottom right of their posts. If you have a second thought, need to correct spelling or need to add a forgotten detail to your post, please do not double post to the thread to add it in. Simply click the "Edit" button, make the needed corrections and then click the "Save Changes" button. Please note that any double posts will be deleted and will result in a diminished post count. ;

    W: We ask that all members over the age of 13 keep a valid e-mail address in their profile. We also ask that you fill in the "location" box of your profile with at least the state (if U.S.), province or country of your residence. All other personally identifiable information is not required, though providing it will allow you to interact more effectively with fellow members. ;

    Failure to respond in a timely fashion (Before 24 hours after the original Private Message is sent by a TD Staff member) will result in a warning added to your file. Also note that failing to respond to any and all communications that are sent to you by a staff member of TD.com in an official capacity will result in a "strike" being added to your member file. If you choose to ignore 3 communications, that will equal 3 strikes and you will be banned from participating on TD.com in accordance with TD.com's "3 Strike" policy.

    Also, it should be noted that all communications between the staff of TD.com and it’s members-at-large are shared among all members of the TD Team of administrators and moderators.

    In closing, let us just say that we are very happy that you decided to join us here at TalkDisney.com as we think that we have a great group of people here. While you'll notice that our games forum is very popular with the members, go ahead and say "Hi" in the "Introduce Yourself" forum. Ask all your questions about the parks, resorts, even things about the Disney Corporation itself. One of the members here is sure to know the answer. Look around the site as there are lots of things to explore around every corner, like our downloads section, restaurant reviews, trivia contests and online photo albums, and the best is yet to come.

    Talk Disney has upgraded it's operating system and shall be adding more and more content as time goes on, making our happy little kingdom on the internet a must visit site every day!
