    Sleeping tip

Take ear plugs if you are staying at a Value Resort! I needed em at Pop Century & they don't sell em at Disney. I take em and I'm staying at Contemporary...

I generally take them to POR too - although I find the noise from the air con unit drowns what little outside noise out pretty well.

As the air con noise is pretty constant, I find no problem sleeping through it even though it's not exactly quiet.

Pop Century was very loud, Boardwalk, Key West, Wilderness and Contemporary much quieter tho.

This may sound odd, but we also bring a small fan with us to help drown out the noise. I find it hard enough to sleep in a strange bed, let alone a noisy hotel.

I turn the tv up really loud. Believe it or not, the tv puts me to sleep.

When I am at home. I will normally watch a movie or tv until I fall asleep but when I'm at Disney I never have a problem falling asleep. I always spend long days at the parks so I'm tired by the time I get to my resort of the night.

I also have no trouble sleeping. 16 hour days make it easy to sleep

I always bring earplugs with me to WDW.

I usually request a quiet area at the Pop and I haven't had a noise problem on most trips. The All-Star, however, can be the worst because of the teen groups, like the cheerleaders who were there on our last trip. They were pretty loud, but they quieted down around 10:30pm.

That has happened on a few different trips, so I don't think I'll be staying there again.

That's terrible. Luckily we'll be out til midnight hopefully if we have enough stamina. I think we will since it's our 28th birthdays and we'll want to party but after 30 it's all downhill and sleeping early I'm sure hehehe....

    Check out my post below.

If you have a pool facing room, you can get people swimming late at night (although Disney was planning on fencing them in so they could lock out late night swimmers for safety reasons).

Like I said though, if you keep the air con running at night, the noise should drown out most things.

Thank you! I'm a very light sleeper but I'm guessing from the amount of walking, I'll be too tired to care.

When we stayed never heard a peep!
We were on the end of building 3 kinda near the car park I think though, could possibly be a little noisier near the main building.
But as others have said I'm usually too tired to notice lol!
