    Mickey Decorating You MagicBand

I am going to WDW in June and want to personalize my MagicBand by decorating it. If you have decorated yours, can you tell me how you did it? Also, I do not want to mess up it's functionality, so I just want to make it pretty and still let it work. Mine will be lime green, if that helps.

I have seen on Pinterest people do it with temporary tattoos and clear nail polish. I am thinking of trying it out for our upcoming trip but starting to run out of time.

For those who have decorated them how do they hold up. Do the decorations stay on your whole trip? Even after swimming and water rides and water parks? I would think the polish and clear coat stuff would get sticky or tacky after getting wet a few times.

I bought some of the little things you can attach to the holes. Mine are of the haunted mansion variety, but they have them for just about everything.

I just read about (and ordered!) something called a My Fantasy Band. If you are looking for specifically Disney decorations, this isn't the place to go, BUT! If you just want a fun decorations I would say check them out.

My husband and I are going for our honey moon and we got cute Bride and Groom ones. They also have lots of fun patterns, and they have glitter ones, as well as their versions of Disney characters. I tried to attach a picture of ours.

Decorations are only $5 each, they're made from vinyl and they have an expected out door life of 3-5 years.

I didn't have any problem with that whatsoever. You have to give it a decent push to get them in and they held in place very well. I've had way more problems keeping pins attached to my lanyard.

Try pin locks. They work very well. Just make sure they're tight.
