What Pirate Costume for Pirate Night?

Ok, I'm going back on the Fantasy.

I'm posting this a bit earlier than last trip, so instead of a 48 hour poll, I'm doing this for 8 weeks. I'm really curious what you all think!

For backstory, the kiddo and I really enjoyed dressing up last Pirate Night on the Fantasy, and since we are going back, I plan to relive that experience this year.

So, once again, I'd like to gather opinions about what to do for Pirate Night!

Moving on, for the kiddo...who is now 10 (she was 8 last trip)

    Option 1 - Elizabeth Swan

    Option 2 - Angelica

    Option 3 - Sassy Victorian

    Option 4 - Pirate Princess

Option 5 - Blue Pirate Girl

And, for me...well, last time I was really disappointed with the costume I ended up with, so I'm going to be more careful this time. This is what I'm leaning towards...

Option 1 - Dread Pirate Roberts

    Yes, the Dread Pirate Roberts!

Option 2 - Basic Shirt and black pants

    Option 3 - Captain Hook

So, there you have it! What do YOU think we should dress up as? (feel free to add another option if you come upon one!)

For the girl, definitely Elizabeth Swan. The first one. Without a doubt. For you, I would have to go with the Dread Pirate Roberts. Love love love The Princess Bride!

EDIT: Please don't go with that last one, the blue pirate girl. Children shouldn't be wearing "sexy" costumes.

I certainly agree, but to be fair, they make those photos a bit more "sassy" in the costume shops.

I would make some changes to it. For example, the boots and stockings (no fishnets). Rather, I'd use white stockings and find some different style shoes / boots.

I wouldn't let her pull the shoulders down (she wouldn't want to anyhow) for the undershirt.

Also, they tend to put them in a size too small (well, I'm sure to the costume company it's the proper size, but I'd order larger)

But, to give you an example...

That's the original picture that led me to that particular costume, cause I liked it in that picture.

Likewise, this is the costume, according to the costume company site, that she got last time.

But, here's how it really turned out.

That said, I am leaning towards Swan myself...though I voted for Blue Pirate Girl because it's frilly, and the kiddo would probably like that.
