Your answer to bonnett creek

Bonnett creek is a new resort that is part of the fairfield resorts program. The resort and rooms will bring a new level of luxery into the disney parks.

The construction you saw at Bonnet Creek is an exciting new project. It belongs to Fairfield Resorts - timeshare. Please see the website for more information (www.fairfieldresorts.com). I am an owner with Fairfield. My family can hardly wait for Bonnet Creek to open. Buying with Fairfield is the best investment we have ever made. We have beautiful places to travel, unforgettable memories, and something to pass on to our children and grand children.

Welcome, loneal! It sounds like everything is progressing quickly, it should be exciting to see it completed.

Thanks Dixie, and welcome to Talk Disney. Upon further research and info here at TD, it sounds like it is an independent resort and not a DVC (Disney Vacation Club) resort. I could be wrong on that, though.

Thanks, Jessica! I think it's going to be a Fairfield resort, can anybody confirm that?

nope disney does not want them there at all, in fact disney was in court fighting them putting the timeshare there for quite some time, well they couldn't do anything about building a timeshare there, they did have to sell or lease land to the resort for porpose of a access road.
