Thumbs up Save Lizzie McGuire Series and Movie Sequel!

Does anyone know how to contact Disney about giving the Lizzie McGuire series another chance? The show could be very interesting and entertaining especially if it is based in High School. A new series or even a sequel to the movie could properly end the show. What happens to Lizzie and Gordo after the trip to Rome? There are too many loose ends to end the show now.
I believe Disney would change there minds if enough fans wanted it. Giving a little more money to Hilary is a small price to pay for a franchise that is worth $$$. Why end the franchise when stories can still be told and money can still be made? Disney has a rising star with Hilary. She has already given them a hit CD "Metamorphosis". Starting the series up again on Disney owned network ABC could give the series a fresh start.
I hope Disney and Hilary can compromise and renegotiate within this year. If they wait too long fans might not care!

I found some links that could support the cause of bringing back the show and possibly making a sequel to the movie.

Please send these links to other fans and friends that are interested in saving the show!

If you know of any other sites post it.

THANKS!

On a side note I e-mailed disneyinfo@disneyhelp.com about Disney renegotiating with Hilary to do a sequel to the movie and here is how they respoded:

Thank you for your e-mail regarding THE LIZZIE MCGUIRE MOVIE. We appreciate your interest.

We do not have any information regarding a sequel to THE LIZZIE MCGUIRE MOVIE at this time. We will let our Marketing Department know you would like to have THE LIZZIE MCGUIRE MOVIE 2 released on video and DVD.

Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any other questions concerning our
videos and DVD's, or if you would like to purchase one of our movies.

You may contact us by e-mail or by calling 800 723-4763 or our Canadian
toll-free number 888 877-BVHE.

Regards,
BVHE Consumer Relations

If we can e-mail Disney enough we might be able to make them take notice and reconsider a sequel!

You know I would rather have them continue Even Stevens into high school than Lizzie. I like the characters on that show better.

its a great idea but it wont happen. Disney is very particular in how many episodes they make ( i belive it is 52 or 53). it has to do with the mininum number of episodes needed to sell the show in syndication to other outlets. Disney suposedly has this number in mind when the shows start and sign teh actors/actressess up fopr this number of shows only. Plus hillary duff and disney did not reach agreement when discussion went on previously about a sequel for the movie. She suposedly has decided to work more on her singing carreer, similar to some mousekateers from the 90's.

this same episode number thing also will probably cause this to be the final year of new episodes for Kim possible as well ( another very popular and well liked show)

House of mouse is one of my favorites too . But it did run for a total of 46 episodes, not just one season. i believe the first two season were 13 shows each, and they cut it in the fourth season. i also belive that the syndication rules are different for animated shows but i'm not an expert, maybe someone in the "know" can fill us all in!

I agree. I wish that they would release some of the even stevens shows on DVD like they've done with Lizzie mcGuire, but i guess it doesn't have as large of a following.

That's so Raven has been the most popular of all of the shows so far...even though Lizzie got a movie it was on for a year and a half before it became REALLY popular but Raven was only on for six months,I like Raven better anyway she's so funny.Really sweet too...she spoke at my middle school a few years back!
