McDonald's(R) Happy Meal(R) Teams Up With Disney's Lilo & Stitch

McDonald's(R) Happy Meal(R) Teams Up With Disney's Lilo & Stitch: The Series For a Wild Hawaiian Adventure
Kids Can Stretch Play-Doh(R) and Their Imagination With Interactive Toys From Disney's New Animated Television Series

McDonald's(R) has teamed up with Disney's wild and crazy duo Lilo & Stitch as they now delight kids with adventures on the small screen. The newest McDonald's Happy Meal(R), launching Friday, January 16, at participating restaurants, will feature six different Play-Doh(R) packed toys from Disney Channel's new animated television series, Lilo & Stitch: The Series. As the series chronicles the daily Hawaiian adventures of this loveable duo, McDonald's Happy Meals bring their fun-filled adventures to life for kids of all ages.

Each Lilo & Stitch: The Series toy features an interactive figurine, a container of vibrant-colored Play-Doh and a two-sided coin stamp. From sprouting hair and hula skirts, to protruding Stitch tongues and alien transformations, each toy offers a unique experience and countless hours of fun. The six Happy Meal toys include: Rude Stitch, Lilo, Changing Stitch, X-Buggy, Jumba, and Pleakley.

"McDonald's is very excited to partner with Disney's Lilo & Stitch: The Series and bring the adventures of this top-rated animated series to our younger guests," said Karlin Linhardt, director kids and family marketing. "We are focusing on a number of things kids love, from a unique figurine of their favorite star to a fun added twist by offering Play-Doh. This Happy Meal definitely provides our guests with endless playtime possibilities and is sure to be a hit with both kids and parents."

The newest McDonald's(R) Happy Meal(R), beginning Friday, January 16, 2004 through February 5, 2004 at participating restaurants, will feature six different Play-Doh(R) packed toys from Disney Channel's animated television series, Lilo & Stitch: The Series.

The McDonald's Lilo & Stitch: The Series Happy Meal will run from January 16, 2004 -- February 5, 2004 at participating McDonald's restaurants nationwide, while supplies last.

The Happy Meal event will be supported by national television and print advertising developed by Leo Burnett Co. and Hispanic television advertising by dRM DDB.

McDonald's is the leading global foodservice retailer with more than 30,000 restaurants serving nearly 46 million people in 100 countries each day. Approximately 80 percent of McDonald's restaurants worldwide are owned and operated by independent, local businessmen and women.

Disney's Lilo & Stitch: The Series
Lilo & Stitch: The Series answers the question, "If Stitch is Dr. Jumba's beloved Experiment 626, what happened to the other 625?" They've landed all over Hawaii and much like Stitch, each has its own specific talents for destruction ... and comedy.

Lilo & Stitch: The Series airs daily on Disney Channel (4:00 p.m., ET/PT) and Saturday mornings (8:00 a.m., ET/7:00 a.m., PT) on the ABC Television Network's ABC Kids line-up.

Thanks Ed. Now I am going to have to eat Happy Meals for my daughter, she loves Lilo and Stitch. There goes the old New Years resolution out the window.

Ask whats in the bag and BUY the others if they are available. That saves you from going everyday or so to see if toys have changed.

The bad thing about the McDonalds close to us is that so many people do that and they only will let you buy one extra. So you end up having to go back a lot.

my friend got a stitch one, and u put playdoh in the bottom and squeeze it and playdoh will come out of his mouth like a tounge, it was very cute, only problem was that like most playdoh toys, the playdoh would get stuck inside the figure so u would only do the playdoh thing once
