Cool Beach Club Villas for a family of five?

After having stayed at Old Key West last year (2BR villa Jan. '03), we're considering the Beach Club Villas for our family of five (kids 9,7,5). Does anyone know if it's possible to get a 1 BR villa with a pullout to accommodate us? It would be really nice to save a bit versus the 2BR. The OKW 2 BR was very spacious and worked really well for us last year as Granda and Grampa came along, however now just the 5 of us are going, and we really don't need all that room.

OKW was great, but we're looking forward to being a bit closer to the action this time around, but we really want something more than a suite in one of the resorts.

Any comments or suggestions would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

I think a one bedroom would suite you just fine! The 1-bedroom should have a pullout - and then you would just have to sleep one child on the floor - It'll be a little tighter than the 2-Br. But for the huge price difference it might just be worth it! The Beach Club Villas are very very nice - beautiful in fact! I think y'all will be more than pleased with that resort!

just be aware the beach club 1 bedrooms are much smaller then OKW but you should be ok there. OKW as I understand it has the largest DVC rooms.

I've stayed at both OKW and the Beach Club. I like the Beach Club better, but the rooms I stayed in were smaller. If there isn't a larger room available there, you may want to consider the Boardwalk. The price may be slightly more, but the rooms will be bigger.
