Look at the chart below and say the COLOR not the word
YELLOW BLUE ORANGE
BLACK RED GREEN

LEFT - RIGHT CONFLICT
Your right brain tries to say the color, but your left brain insists on reading the word.

The trick is, to not read the word at all. Just look at the word as a whole, or an object. It's still tough, but makes it much easier
