I'm into it. Don't know the exact dates, but I'll be down there for a week around May 14 (that's graduation) and have to be back to work by the 20th as that's SWW.

Weekends aren't usually good for me. Pretty much the only time that I get to see my wife and our little two year old princess (work work work). Some night during the week for appetizers at some place of mutual agreement?

Ok....I'll start suggesting places. Anyone likes one ...chime in. Sloop John B's (almost on the corner on Las Olas and A1A), TGI Friday's on Federal and 62nd (across from Imperial Point Hospital), That sushi restaurant (in the Kinko's shopping center) on west side of Federal just south of 62nd street, .....? Can't think of too many right at the moment.

If there's only going to be 6 to 8 of us, we could grab a table at the Japanese Steakhouse on Las Olas for some Hibachi. I've been there before, its great.

My only requirements are:

1. That parking is easy and close because I'll be alone and I don't want to have to walk at night by myself.

2. That it NOT be a barbecue place (that's just about the only food that I don't like).

3. That it NOT be on Wednesday or Friday.

Also, I'll be at WDW for a few days next week and also Valentine's Day week, so don't plan it then!

Ok....Idea....how 'bout everyone give a location in the lauderdale area to narrow it down. I'm on Atlantic between federal and dixie and could go as far south as, lets say, oakland park Blvd (?) maybe farther. Are people all over the place?

Alice....I can live with the stipulations. Fine avec moi. Bar-B-Que isn't really a favorite of mine anywho. Sushi....snacks....mexican....pretty much anything is fine with me.

Liam, I would give my opinions, but I don't know Federal that well. I live way out west. I think the TGIF that you mentioned sounds okay. I sort of know where that hospital is.
