This is a rummor I have heard and have not confirmed it. However I will post it anyway, if it is true I'm sure Orlando police have taken care of it already.

the rummor is that there was a private driver not part of mears, disney, or the magical express in any way, wearing a disney glove and a sign that read something similar to Magic express. He would take people to there hotels in a van and then tell them it was $50.00 or whatever. I'm not sure how this worked out with the luggage end.

Please be very careful when boarding transportation at Orlando airport, if you are taking the Magical Express do not board any vechicle that does not say Mears, Magical Express, or Disney cruise line on it, without asking questions. Mears employee's have ID's on them with there picture they should be wearing it somewhere.

Like wise if you choose a towncar/limo/or other private transportation you should Check them out as well, I do know that most towncars down here have a license plate on the front of the service the operate for. I also know most of the signs that have your name on it have the company on it as well. If you are not sure about wether this is your correct ride I would recomend calling the company and asking them questions, or ask the driver questions like do you know what hotel we are at, he should be able to give the name of it.

You will know the difference in whom to ride with. If you see a man or woman starving because of corporate greed, you know that isn't the Magical Express transportation. Go with the "fat cat" who should be getting even fatter.

Chances are, if you are taking the ME, you will have been informed to seek out uniformed "Disney" employees, as well as the very clearly indicated ME check in desk.

Has anyone used the Magical Express recently? Is the timing on it worked out. I've seen people say on the net that it was 4 hours before the luggage arrived. Disney told me it is now within the hour.

I hope that this works great. We are only using it on the way to the park. We have rented a car for the day to hit the beach before flying home.
