Are there any articles like these on the lost rides of Walt Disney World? I'd really like to know more about those dark rides that never were (Mary Poppins, Sleeping Beauty, and Ichabod Crane)

I remember having recently read articles about the Mary Poppins and Ichabod darkride, as well as the Western River Expedition/Thunder Mesa attractions, you should check the archives over at Jim Hill's website, I believe that's where they are located.
