[Disneyland1955]

So yesterday I had a fun filled day at the Disneyland Resort. I took many pictures, and I hope that you all enjoy them. There is just something really magical about Disneyland during Christmas time. The usual decorations are up, but there are some new things at the resort.

Sleeping Beauty's castle is topped with snow in the day, but at night they have a show where snow starts to fall on Main Street U.S.A and the castle. Its a really nice show, and the castle looks very pretty at night, something you will want to take a picture of. Guest's reactions to this new show have been nothing but positive so I'm sure we will see this new show around for the holiday seasons to come.

The Christmas Fantasy Parade is great like always, but only some minor changes from last year. Instead of in her mermaid state, Ariel now walks with her prince Eric. The fireworks are pretty much the same, except with some added pyro next to the castle and a new woman that narrates the start and end portions of the show. I personally don't like the new narrator as in years past she had a much older tone, like a grandmother telling a story.

The castle looks amazing at night (although a little tacky in daylight for my liking).

I think Christmas adds an extra bit of magic to the magic!
