All star music is great fun too. Nice big props, good food court, and pools.

Ok. So I have some bad news. My DD doesn't want to go because she's starting a new school and new grade. The time we are going is too close to the beginning if the year. I can understand her feelings but I'm so sad. I am thinking if going alone. Has anyone every done this and what r ur thoughts?

I am so sorry she can't go! Do any of your close buds or family members share your interest? Maybe they want to go? If you do go by yourself you'll have a magical time also! So much to do!
so much to see
! You just have to be okay with that first part. Keep us informed.

- What grade is she going into? I'm a teacher and by November, it doesn't feel like a new year anymore! By the time you go, she'll have two whole months of school under her belt... It will feel like she's been there forever! I ask what grade because depending on her age, her worries will vary. Is she worried about missing out on social stuff or school work? Don't give up on her going yet. Her feelings may change.

She's going into 7th grade. She loves school. And will be involved with quite a bit of activities. I can still try to convince her.

Re: Mother and daughter disney trip
There's still hope. My twins are also going into 7th, live for the school year and are involved in all sorts of activities from scouts to performing arts to wrestling. They were a little leary about going to WDW in November as well (we've planned to go down to WDW the week after Thanksgiving, to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere without the crowd). But they came around and have become almost obsessed with all things Disney and are especially excited about keeping a secret from their younger sister. Fingers crossed that once your daughter gets the feel of her new school she'll be dying to join you.
