Now first off, I know that the Walt Disney world resorts do not do firework shows but if I was wanting to stay at the resort and watch a show which resort should I stay at? Is there any good value or moderate that have good shows?

At CBR you can see the Illumination fireworks from Port Royale. From Poly/Grand Floridian/Contemporary, you can watch Wishes from the MK.

Yes I would have to agree with DisneymommyX2 the Bay Lake Towers or Contemporary have the best view of fireworks out of all of the resorts

POP Century you can see Wishes from there. When we arrived to check in late in the evening we got to see them before unloading the van.

You can definitely see it from pop. Last time I stayed there I had a room back by lake and bridge. It was pretty cool. I'm sure the top for gets the best view.

I think that was Illuminations, not Wishes. Pop is south of EPCOT.

Maybe I'm mistaken?

99% sure it's Illuminations. Still a neat thing to see. You can see the same fireworks from the pool at CBR. It's a blast.

We watch Illuminations from our balcony at BW. It's my favorite show!!

I know you want to know about resorts however, here are a couple of suggestions for great viewing of Wishes. Save your money and stay at a cheaper resort and use it towards one of these options :-)

Make an ADR for the California Grill on top of Contemporary during Wishes.

Or they also have the Dessert party inside the Magic Kingdom. They have the best seating and yummy treats.

Another great spot for Wishes is the beach at the Poly. the resort is a little pricy but taking the Monorail to the resort and sitting on the beach are free.

Love, love, love fireworks from the Poly!!! They even pipe in the music from the MK!!! Magical!

Obviously any hotels on the monorail line have good fireworks views. Also Ft. Wilderness has a beach that you can see the fireworks from.
