I just read a rumor that when you call the ADR phone ressie line, the CMs are starting to suggest that the Be Our Guest restaurant may be accepting reservations as early as July for dates in.the Fall...possibly even as early as October. I am going in early November & hope this rumor.is.true!!!! Anyone hear anything...??

When DH called to make ADRs about a week or so ago, he was told that there would probably be a soft opening in mid to late summer but would not be taking reservations until fall.

I've heard it will open during the holidays in December and will start taking reservations in August. Who knows! Rumors are flying all around.

I wonder what will be on the dinner menu. Any thoughts about what you think should be on the menu?

Being in Fantasyland they may want kid friendly foods, but Beauty and the Beast is French, so maybe French foods.

It's interesting that it's counter service by day, table service by night. I tend to think it will be casual food during the day and more upscale food (French or French-ish) at night.

The pictures of it show white tablecloths on the tables.

I'll be there for the opening! I may or may not try to get an ADR, but I'm glad it's counter service during the day, just in case it's booked solid (which it will be).
