California Grill refurbishment
I just read that California Grill is going under a 6 month refurbishment in January 2013. There is going to be a new menu and new look to the restaurant. Hope this isn't going to mess up anyones ADR plans.
2006 & 2008 Fort Wilderness
2009 bought into the DVC and Kidani Village
2010 4 night Disney cruise on the Wonder and BLT
2011 Old Key West and Boardwalk Villas
2011 Bay Lake Tower
2012 Kidani Village, Vero Beach, Saratoga Springs, and Jambo House

It wouldn't be many as right now since only people arriving before Jan 1 can do ADRs. So they were probably making the announcement before anyone could make ADRs for the actual dates it is closed. I'm excited to see the changes, although I was going to make an ADR for our anniv trip Jan 4-9, o well! Thank you for the heads up!

I don't think they would accept ADRs if they know they're going to have a refurbishment!
We are going to go to the lounge area for drinks and food before it closes down. It's nice that you can do that without a reservation.

Whew, we have our 15 wedding anniversary dinner here on 12/5, so glad the referbs will not affect that. We have done this dinner for our honeymoon, our 5 and 10 anniversary.

I'm glad they're having a refurbishment! My bf and I just ate there for our anniversary this past June. It was terrible. The waitor took forever. Our whole dinner took 2.5 hours... And it was just the two of us and it was at 11pm there was no one in the restaurant besides us and 5 other tables. I have no idea why he always took forever to check on us! The food wasn't good either. I was so disappointed! I hope they improve the menu, I would love to give it another try since everyone loves it.
