I see the restaurant isn't open for dinner. Was that expected? It seems a bit odd to me.

I've been busy, life gets in the way sometimes! Haha!

If you look through the Dining Plan brochure you will see on the next page after the quick serve restaurants that BOG is open for dinner and is only 1 TS credit.

I'm currently trying to plan a trip for February 2013 and hopefully will get to try this exciting new option! It looks amazing!
