Tired children!!! yep that is why I always advise parents of young ones to take down time at there hotel or resort.
It does no one any good other than make others miserable. Besides, they only think that it will be there only trip to WDW.
I do have another rule. After being at the parks and loading up in the busses .... yes they can be crowded and yes we are all tired ... but it really peaves me and my hubby when able bodied persons will not give up a seat for small child or disabled.
We always try to take extra seat so that we can give it to a child. Lets face it sometimes where 1 adult is sitting 2 children can have a space. The children cant reach the safety bars to hang on.

How about no talking out loud during places like the preshow for Test Track, the movies in the Epcot countries, etc.
There is one rule that does exist but is not enforced enough...smoking in non-smoking areas.

I guess I would be ejected because I don't even know how to turn off the flash on my camera
Not knowing how to turn it off is one thing.
But you have seen the people I am talking about. The ones with a camera so big that look like they work for the local news. A camera 1 foot long by 1 foot wide, with a 1 foot long zoom lens you can practically see mars with even though the attractions are about 10 feet away, and with a huge 6 inch tall flash mounted on top. Ridiculous. Absolutely unnecessary. My old Canon S2 IS (Standard "SLR type" point and shoot) would get a crystal clear shot of the castle from the ferry that made you think it was taken right in front of the castle from the end of Mainstreet USA. LOL Theres no need in taking that huge of a rig to WDW. The only reason people take it is to try to impress others. Those are the people that take flash shots inside dark attractions that I cannot stand.
In my experience, the people using their flash in POTC or Haunted Mansion are always using point-and-shoots.
I can't imagine people bringing huge cameras to WDW for the purpose of impressing people they don't even know.
I have friends who are professional photographers and they do use larger cameras all the time because that's what they do.
Other people may have photography as their hobby and they enjoy using SLR cameras. It's difficult to lug around something like that, so they're using them for a reason.
Personally, I'd like to have a camera the size of a pea. LOL

My brother is a photographer as well and even he doesn't take these huge rigs to theme parks. He takes his nice camera and the smaller lens. Even he says that the extended range zoom lenses are completely unnecessary at theme parks. You'd need them at places like Yellowstone or The Grand Canyon.

I see this all the time. It doesn't matter if they know the people or not they bring these things to impress. There are a slew of parents who bring these enormous cameras to our kids schools to photograph a choir or band concert. They make a huge "show" of taking it out of the bag and holding it up rather "nonchalant" hoping someone will ask them where they got it. Most of us other parents just sit back and laugh at them.

LOL!!! I have seen ppl with those around their necks as well. I agree, you can get a shot just as nice with a point & shoot!

The use of flash photography during indoor rides and attractions will result in immediate ejection from the park.
I cannot stand this!! I got off of It's a Small World last year literally seeing a bunch of green spots in my vision because the jerk in the front seat of our boat kept taking flash shots the whole ride.
This rule has my vote too Goofy Dad! I had never seen so much flash until last year's visit! On Nemo, Crush, Mexico, Malstrom, Small World, Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan, and I am sure I missed some. What was extra annoying is often flashes were going off when the announcement about no flash photography was being read. We were wondering if this was due to a language barrier. On our last trip there were large groups from Brazil with students ranging from about 15-18 years old. Very well behaved for the numbers of kids, but the flash, oh, I was blind for minutes at a time.

My rule would be, standing only in lines. People should be sent to the back of the line for sitting in the poles while waiting in line like at Space Mountian for example. Many time my hand has been smashed by people sliding through the line by sitting on those poles. Also, keep children from flipping on them, it's unsafe for eeryone.
