Re: "Wishes"

My two favorite places won't be the best for others. LOL I love to watch it from Toontown. It's usually pretty empty so we just sit down in the middle of the "street" watch and enjoy. There's no music, but a really cool view.

Hubby's favorite place is honestly on the Jungle Cruise. LOL Yeah, he's odd but I love him!

Re: "Wishes"

The Tomorrowland bridge because Tinker Bell flies right over you. It's a good place to see it the first time.

Also, behind the castle and behind the Carousel in that big open area. The fireworks go off all around you.

We generally don't make a point of watching Wishes but on our last trip, we popped over to MK after eating at Kona Cafe at the Poly. The fireworkds were just starting so we decided to do Splash Mountain while there were no lines.

On the ride, just as we got to that bit where you've come up the incline and out into the open (where you can see the castle below) a huge volley of fireworks went off next to us. It was an amazing sight, looking right through the explosion at the castle below.

It was an unusual view point but definitely one that I'll always remember!

Re: "Wishes"

I'd imagine that the train station on Main Street would be a great place to see Wishes if you could be up front against the rail.

One word of warning, though. If you decide to watch them from Main Street, don't get too close to the castle or it will block your view of the fireworks. This happened to me the first time I ever saw Wishes. I thought we had a great spot right in front of the castle, but we only saw half the fireworks because we were too close!
