Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach or Both??
We are visiting WDW again in June (I lost count of what number this trip is). We have 21 year old twin daughters and an 18 year old son. We have gone to the water park every time, but we have only been to Typhoon Lagoon.
Should we venture to Blizzard Beach this time, stick to Typhoon Lagoon, or do both. We are staying for a week and have the water park addition to our tickets.
What do you all think?

- Stick with Typhoon Lagoon. Blizzard beach is really quite unappealling looking. Too much white concrete. Very ugly in comparison. The rides where good for what they had.

Thx!
Do more people feel this way? We were planning on going to blizzard beach.......if so, I will change it to typhoon lagoon! I'll probably spend the whole time in the lazy river! Lol! :-)

You should try blizzard beach at least once. They have alot of cool slides. Especially some that are fun as a group. My favorites are a tube ride at the back of the park that you can do with 1 or 2 people and of course summit plummit. This is not for the faint of heart though. Either way just try it. You may like it as much as typhoon lagoon.

Re: Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach or Both??
Having been to BB, I would stick to TL.
I'd agree with Dgarcia26 that in comparison, BB is really quite ugly and hard looking. TL is far more lush and attractive.
BB probably has better slides (the family raft ride is far better than TL's) but then TL has the Crush n Gusher and a far better lazy river.
BB is still a great park and worth going to if you haven't been before - but, having done both, my preference would be TL.
There's a great big beautiful tomorrow
Just a dream away!

If you can just do both. Gather your own opinions on it. Although getting some feedback is nice, it's always better to have your own opinion of something. I like both. I don't really think about how they look, I go for fun and relaxation. How it looks doesn't matter to me so long as there is sun.

Re: Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach or Both??
Sounds great guys/girls. I will try both. My family loves family rafts, so we will definitely have to try the one at BB.

Anyone else have any opinions about which one is better?

Blizzard Beach is more your serious water park. More serious intense slides.

We went to blizzard the rides are good the ski lift is AWSOME but the wait is really long. The lazy river is amazing. And it is not very appealing but it has some great rides!!!!

Typhoon lagoon or blizzard beach????
I'm tryin to plan my trip for this spring, my boys (12, 10, and 10) want to do a water park. If it is more cost efficient to do only one, which would you recommend and why? Thanks! in advance.
